Thanks....I have to say I am a bit suprised you dotcom rich kids drink anything of this peasantry level...I heard that Mark Cuban and bunch wash their hair with Angelo Gaja vintage :pint:

One more question Greg: If there is ONE WINERY to see/visit in 'NAPA'....which one is it? A friend is asking me...I have been to a handful ... nothing stood out...but they were all good. what do you think..
You'd be surprised. I have what I call our "house wine". It costs under $10 a bottle (Falesco Vitiano, a blend from Umbria).

One winery to visit in Napa? Hmmm. Depends on what you want. If it's about location, and depending on your guest, you could do something like the Coppola thing (Rubicon Estates). High end wines if you go in the back room, but it's got the whole museum thing going, etc., for people not too into wine.

Me? These days I like going for just the wine. And a fantastic wine winery I've been to there in the past few years has been Nickel & Nickel -- single vintage wines from the guys who started Far Niente.

Do they have a version that come out of a box?:D
Monica's box? If there was, I would buy the company -- leaving nothing for sale to the public. :p

whats wrong with the dutchies. they peak and decline so early. i expect robben to be completely rubbish by the time he's 30
Lots of players (Van der Sar, Stam, Nistelrooy, Bergkamp) do well for a long time. But because our league will always remain a selling-league and our national team coaches always seem to favour youth over experience (god knows why), it appears there are no good older Dutch players.

Perception is all.

And Robben IS rubbish.

Sounds like Bogarde alright. Nowadays if a player spends a lot of time on the bench, we call that a 'Bogarde'

ahahha cool. One of the benefits of being the third Deboer brother is that you get this inside 'lingo' I guess :pint:

Comunale... If i had to pick one word - Dissapointing

When i first walked round it on a tour jus after completion, It seemed great... Very small but great...

The reality... A very poor football stadium... Virtually the whole lower level has a poor view, Other large sections have impaired view... Its rubbish and far too small.

The overall atmosphere is pretty good. but looked at on a smaller scale. eg. the curva... The curva at delle alpi is much much better

It is nice to be so close to the pitch though... Though again for a stadium of its type.. its no way steep enough...

Its jus not a football stadium

And half the people on this board thought they would essentially rebuild the entire Delle Alpi... as if God himself would somehow magically bring the entire foundation closer to the pitch..

the plan WAS to reduce the seating capacity, and get rid of the running track, so the seats could be closer, with a more English-style stadium feel.

Then, some disease known as Calciopoli came along, wiped out our plans, players, and money like a tornado strike in the middle of Kansas, and we are now broke and in the second division

To save money, and to bring the Juventini at the Delle Alpi closer to the game, I say we just put rows of folding chairs onto the running track :D

Well thats essentially what Giraudo's project would have done... Unfortunately that is no longer financially viable for us
Unfortunately, but it's impossible to move the entire foundation off the spot it was built upon. Giraudo wanted to put in fillers to where the old seats resided and implement the new ones closer to the pitch, which would have been great. But I guess we'll have to put that on hold... a long hold.

I'll sit in a puddle of mud to see Juventus... and to see Juventus do well. So yeah bring on the lawnchairs, Besmir.
