My mother died of brain cancer exactly two months ago as of tomorrow. She could barely recognize her own son in the final stages of the illness, yet still made more sense than the mindless bollocks coming out of your gob. And although she happened to grow up dirt poor and no doubt ran into a few gypsies at the time, I don't think she ever agreed to being the object of any sexual intercourse with them. She was too strong of a woman for that. Also, my grandfather used to tell her that "gli zingari mangiano i bambini", lol. She was also kind, generous and caring, i.e. ten times the person you will ever be.

A poll on the Corriere shows that 73% of participants think Lippi should go. I guess that makes them all non azzurri fans. Not seeing Italy go to the WC would pain me enormously, given that like everybody I've been waiting for so long and was quite confident about our chances. But I would be just as pained if not more to have us go there and face the embarrassement of new appalling revelations as the tournament progresses. More evidence of rot while the whole world is watching…yeh that's exactly what we need to improve our reputation. But why am I even bothering. At this point it's obvious you don't get it.

On an added note, you're damn right I am not satisfied with what I've achieved in life so far. I tend to always look ahead instead of resting on my laurels.
