Sad to see the masses still don't understand that winning UCL isn't something that all coaches achieve. Plenty of sides led by brilliant coaches have never won the trophy but the experts here treating it like it's the status quo smh
Lippi and Trapattoni, two of the greatest managers of all-time won CL once each, in 20+ years each of coaching top-division club football.

But Max is rubbish and can never win it, because he hasn't won it in his first 10 years of coaching top-flight club football.

Bunch of retards. :lol3:

Sign Max some great CMs and a new CB...not counting Ramsey.

I agree.

BUT(!) the cancer is gonna spread over to the Allegri thread if we do so.
What's your opinion on Klopp?

So many whiny, ungrateful, spoilt fans here. :inter:
My point was to demonstrate that some people underplay Pep's achievements when you can easily do the same with Max.

Both are top coaches.

Lippi had terrible luck in CL
Won it in 96 then despite having by far the best team he got the final with Juve in day off..
Then he went to 98 to lose to an offside goal and then lost it on 03 after Nedved - Former golden ball winner got a suspension from the final..
Should Lippi end with 4 CL wins no one could say he didnt earn it..

Trap is another era which Im less familiar with since I started watching football in the 90s and less familiar with earlier teams but historic events..

In any case if we get someone like Pep we will need to do a complete overhaul in midfield...

And should Max have 2 CL wins right now, no one could say he didn't deserve it. Pogba was rugby tackled in the box by Alves in 2015 while it was 1-1, should have been a penalty, and then Alves fouled him again to win the ball that started the counter for Barca's second goal. In 2017, Mandzukic and Pjanic both picked up knocks in the first half when it was 1-1 and we were playing toe-to-toe with Madrid, second half we collapsed with two of our best players that year injured and no good subs on the bench.

See... two can play at this game.

Lippi's team lost 3 CL finals. You can make excuses, but his team still lost them. Two of them two clearly inferior teams.

Just like Allegri's team has lost 2 CL finals, excuses can be made, but his team still lost them. Even though he lost them to teams with better players both times.

Trapattoni only lost 1, and there are excuses to be made for his loss too... but his team still lost it. And to a clearly inferior team.

Maybe we can just say Juventus have had rotten luck in CL, and at the same time have not helped ourselves in the finals there, both players and coaches shooting themselves in the foot at various times.

Of course they are. I'm not on the "Hate-Pep" bandwagon. I don't like his personality, but he's still a top coach.

But you've been asking for Max to be fired for a while now. Do you think Pep should be fired from City too? 3 years without getting past QFs while spending more than anyone in football.

The difference is that Shitty fans are not bored to death 80% of the time. At the same time Shitty are getting better each year, while we are getting worse.

Getting better? They haven’t progressed at all in CL. Lol
Try to watch them play. They are a lot better now than when Pep took over, and his first year there.
We are a lot worse now, than in Allegri’s first year, and the last two years have been ugly to watch.

It really is about luck when it comes down to winning major tournaments. So many things have to go right for you. But the experts here would dismiss that.

Gasperini in
Real Madrid sure as shit didn't win 3 consecutive CLs without an awful lot of lucky calls in knockout games where they were second best.

But still winning trophies and making deep runs in the UCL. If you want to compare to the likes of citeh, Max has provided far more excitement to Juve fans than any coach at Citeh ever has

Please. They played in a CL semifinal the year before he got there. In CL they have regressed results-wise. And results matter regardless of what some knobheads here seem to think.

Of playing like shit.
You know what's boring as shit. You.

Sarri fanboi.

I find it boring to watch our shit football each year just to get knocked out by a eresdivision team. However I do find it entertaining, when you go on one of your psykotic rants, followed by your yearly vacation from Tuz.

At least watching a Sarri team would bring some entetainment, until our yearly early exit from the CHL.

Sarri team entertaining? Yeah if you like shit football that doesn’t win anything.

The premier league review that @Dante posted called Sarri’s Chelsea “insomnia-curing”

Please keep up the whining and moaning and crying like a little spoilt 3 year old child about Allegri’s football boring you. It’s very entertaining. Much more so than Sarrismo and his intellectually honest paladins of football. :lol3:
