:sergio: make up your mind either women are strong enough to make their own decisions or they cant and thus are inferior
I had read that NYT article Osman cited too. That case was such a slippery slope, though: a naive girl who goes along for the ride, a guy who should have known better in the first place but decided to violate common office ethics anyway, etc. Both deserve what they got, really. But relating that to that RawStory article is like revoking consent months after the fact.

It reminded me of it because she kind of had a psychotic switch in attitude long after their relationship was over and she started seeing a counselour that kinda seemed to convinced her she was raped, even if she was actively in a sexual relationship with this loser with too much money and influence. Hence the accusations and trials, and how weird the University was handling the whole case triggered the association with that article X posted.

no such thing in law my friend, why must we always mix personal/business ethics with law, this is actually relating more to the whole gay marriage thing which i find truly preposterous. As for the rawstory article, ya buyer's remorse much.

I see. The evidence of needing explicitly documented consent as a defense against historical revisionism.

Zerohedge? Haven't they been predicting the end of the world every day for 8 years now?

Talk about bad bets...it's like Cronios does economics and finance.
Not the end of the world, just a massive worldwide depression, which is obviously still on the cards.

You mean Israel? Because apart from them every other nation hopes you will stop "caring" about them.
Obviously we should drop Israel, but the Democrats in this country want to accommodate all of the illegals and anybody else who wants to come here from Latin America. This, of course, is not because it benefits their voter base, but because they're just such good and upstanding people!

You don't usually see technical glitches at the NYSE, so to me it's either:

1) The circuit breakers/algos found some troubling trade patterns to signal a crash, so they cut it off (of course they won't admit this)
2) Some sort of hack into the system (they might admit this, or could blame it on someone like China)

Going to be interesting to see if it re-opens and what happens. If I was in, I would be a massive seller at this point because something is wrong here.

3) God's wrath for legalizing gay marriage
