Aussie minister floored by kangaroo
An Australian politician taking his morning jog in the capital Canberra has come off second best after crossing a kangaroo.
Shane Rattenbury, was only seconds away from a collision as he pounded the pavement when he saw the eastern grey kangaroo at the end of a hedge grazing on a front lawn.
Mr Rattenbury says the 1.4-metre kangaroo knocked him to the ground, the claws of its powerful hind legs drawing blood with two scratches to his left leg. His right leg was painfully bruised by the fall.
He says the roo "was last seen hopping off into the distance quite comfortably".
Mr Rattenbury is a minister in the Australian Capital Territory government, which administers the city of Canberra.

Incidentally, Canberra is pretty much the only major city (ROFL if you could even call it that) in Australia were seeing a shit-load of kangaroos around the place is possible.
I mean, they are located in the major cities of this country as well, but only found in the rural/semi-rural areas, whereas in Canberra the fuckers come into contact with the city and suburbia quite often
Canberra is a boring, cold, miserable, tedious and depressing city located in the middle of nowhere. Had to work there for 6 months and felt like necking myself every morning.

God i wish someone would make a video of all the inhumane things the soldiers in Afghan, Iraq, Iran etc, etc have done to their enemies. Its so easy for us "modern" "christian" countries. When someone does something to us we have the WHOLE world media to "protect" all of us and tagg everyone as terrorists and make everything look like it has been undeserved, that our goverments are angels and work for the better of the world and every nation in it, but when we do shit to those, and in those, third world countries everything is hushed and gets forgotten in 24 hours.....
All that pissing on dead bodies, killing children and women, raping women, Guantanamo Bay, making "mistakes" like bombing wedding ceremonies all that is being covered up and not put forward for the world to see, and when it is shown, it all ends up with "Well, we made a mistake, sorry" or "Punishments will be given" and that is that.
We, "the modern world" are no angels. I bet that if somehow we would put on a weighing scale both the shit we have done and the shit "the terrorists" have done, the scale will be equal at best, if not weighing on our side.
