Barca, United and Madrid are lucky in the sense that they were the most marketable teams and also were the most successful during the rise of social media in the mid to late 2000's (to a lesser extent so were Chelsea, Milan and Arsenal). Juventus have to make themselves more marketable to compete financially, but I feel they can only do that by winning the CL and signing marquee players, not by changing a logo that perfectly encapsulates the essence of Juventus.
Incredible how we were sent to Serie B at just the right time. Fucking merda

How is it that RM, Barca and Man U can sell $#@!loads more stuff than us and yet hold on to virtually the same logos they've always had? I'm wondering if Juve's marketing team ever even bothered to ask themselves that question before they decided to spend bucket loads of cash on that piss poor design and not a Pogba replacement :p
Undoubtedly it's a risk, just gotta hope it pays off.

It's hilarious to read the comments from the peasants who don't understand what club is trying to do with introducing a new logo.

It's the same as the detractors of other great companies/organizations that realized that establishing a brand is far more visionary and fruitful.

For some of you it may take some time to adjust to the new emblem but irregardless the club should be applauded for realizing, executing a greater strategy for a more sustainable, successful future for Juventus. For those who are adamant and plan to remain so - you're most likely lost cases far before this change ever was conceived so no point in wasting time trying to teach a cow how to read when it only cares about grazing and shitting.

The badge doesn't fit the tradition and history of the club.

I'm all for creating a brand and pushing new markets but not at the expense of our tradition. This akin to something an MLS club would do or Manchester City, I think the board has forgotten that football fans care about the history of teams.

Maybe we should use the logo as a brand for non-football activities only.

Judging by this post I can tell that this guy still believes in some sort of omnipotent being that lives in the sky

I disliked the logo a few hours ago but it's starting to grow on me.

I believe in our management. They surely have someone up their sleeves.

We're gonna become the biggest brand in football :tuttosport:

Maybe it's time to invest in Juventus penny stocks.

Yeah.

Btw, what's the difference between commercial and brand here?
Medical, J Stadium, I think a modernization of our logo for branding merchandise to brings up our commercial revenue and get more money for raise it to the levels of the other clubs like real, barca, man utd.

You know what, I actually like the logo and I love what it could symbolise. Breaking away from the mediocrity of Serie A. Now we are trying to burst onto the global stage again and this could be the kick start we need. Serie A is a joke that the rest of the world don't care about. With shit coverage and zero hype. But we're reinventing ourselves whilst the rest are happy to stagnate and talk about irrelevant 'rivalries' of the past and past glories. Hopefully this generates a nice buzz around the club, piquing the interest of football fans across the World.

Hope this pans out well for us, I think it will.
