Un interrogatorio durato oltre 6 ore che ha avuto anche momenti di forte tensione con l'ex dg bianconero in lacrime in due occasioni.
«Non sono il burattinaio di nessuna cupola. È per me un momentodi grande stanchezza, ma ho cercato di chiarire ogni cosa. Ho agito così per non essere sovrastato, per non essere io la vittima dei poteri forti». Queste le altre poche parole trapelate dall'interrogatorio dell'ex amministratore delegato della Juventus. I magistrati napoletani lo hanno incalzato con domande precise e quando Moggi diceva «di non ricordare» gli hanno fatto sentire alcune registrazioni delle numerose intercettazioni telefoniche effettuate.
L'ex dirigente della Juventusè stato interrogato nella caserma dei carabinieri di via In Selci, a Roma, per oltre 6 ore, sentito dai pubblici ministeri di Napoli che indagano sullo scandalo del calcio. Moggi, accompagnato dai suoi legali Paolo Trofino e Fulvio Gianaria, è entrato alle 11,15 da un ingresso secondario evitando i giornalisti. Ad attenderlo c'erano i pm napoletani Giuseppe Narducci e Filippo Beatrice, arrivati in caserma poco dopo le 10. L'interrogatorio si è concluso alle 17.
Per Luciano Moggi la procura di Napoli fisserà nuovi interrogatori nei prossimi giorni. Lo si è appreso da ambienti degli inquirenti. Ciò è reso necessario dalla quantità di argomenti al centro dell'inchiesta, che non è stato possibile affrontare in maniera completa durante l'interrogatorio di oggi a Roma.
L'AVVOCATO: «INTERROGATORIO PACATO» - «È stato un interrogatorio pacato, c'è stata molta professionalità da parte dei giudici». Così l'avvocato Paolo Trofino, legale di Moggi. «Abbiamo dato risposte adeguate - ha continuato Trofino - ci mancano però i particolari e ci siamo aggiornati. È difficile infatti, dopo due anni, ricordarsi di alcune frasi dette, di certi particolari. Può darsi che presenteremo una memoria - ha spiegato Trofino - può darsi che ci sarà un altro interrogatorio. Per ora però non è stato fissato niente».
L'ADDIO - Domenica sera, dopo la conquista del 29esimo scudetto da parte della Juve, proprio Moggi ha dato l'addio al calcio, per potersi meglio difendere dalle accuse di aver manovrato gli arbitri per condizionare il campionato. Il dg bianconero deve rispondere di tutta una serie di questioni che vanno dagli interventi sui designatori per la formazione delle «griglie» arbitrali fino all'episodio del sequestro dell'arbitro Nicola Paparesta dopo la partita Reggina-Juve (persa dai bianconeri per 2-1) del 6 novembre 2004. Per quest'ultimo episodio, Moggi dovrà difendersi dall'accusa di aver chiuso a chiave negli spogliatoi e minacciato verbalmente sia Paparesta sia i suoi assistenti, contestando loro un arbitraggio sfavorevole alla Juve.
