I think this is where the whole situation will change. He might have no mercy and bring everyone with him, by everyone I mean A LOT!! We might not hear what he said as they might not want the outcome.
I would buy that book. :p

Somehow he's not the type that shows mercy :D.

Honestly, can you imagine Moggi trying to protect Juventus? I'm sorry, but that won't happen. He'll just try to save himself, for as far that's possible.

All I'm hoping for is just punishment really. If we deserve to go to B, I don't mind going there. Then again, I wouldn't like to be a scapegoat. If Lazio and Fiorentina are guilty as well, they should go down with us.

He was with Juve, so saving himself will automatically save Juventus. He cannot escape and put all the blame on the club. It is either no one or everyone.

I don't think that's necessarily true. You'll see what I mean in the next few days.

I don't understand why Milan were immediately considered innocent. It felt like it was a mistake to accuse them in the first place.

TBH I still think we shouldn't point at other clubs. At least not for the moment. I just want to evade becoming a scapegoat for this entire scandal. After all it's very thinkable Juve get sacrificed for the good of the Serie A.

Why? Because Juve has always been the most successful in Serie A?

I don't buy it, punish the most successful team for the good of the whole league. It is just wrong.

Because if you punish the most succesful club, you give out the message no one can cheat and walk away with it. They'd punish Juventus in order to retain a clean image.

They will be covering for themselves and the corruption might still reside.

Of course. But my point is their image will be saved.
If there should be cleaning, it should be done properly and this is what I meant that Moggi will be bringing everyone with him. In the morning I discussed restructuring and it is definitely needed. There are many things in the league that needs fixing; by punishing Juventus to keep their image won't help anything at all. It will work for a small period and blow in their faces later on.

Lega Calcio needs a purging. It's not just Juve either.

And while I have mixed feelings about it, I'm more in the camp that believes that ultimately relegating Juve for this would cause untold damage to Lega Calcio and not just Juve. I think that's why the Juve board resigned, etc. In the end, someone needs to take the fall. And any prosecution needs to claim a legitimate impact and change to the ways of doing business. To that extent, the actions of the Juve board seemed more like a sacrificial lamb than an admission of guilt to me.

A district attorney might be willing to drop third degree murder charges if someone admits to manslaughter ... that sort of thing. Multiple sides claim concessions and victories in the end. It's part of judicial diplomacy.

Again, I'm not so sure that's a good thing. But I wouldn't doubt that's a bit of what will happen from here.

Im telling you now, after what berlusconi said today it makes so much sense!!! Bullpoo moggi's tapped up calls are legit, i mean i could of easily produced them myself, afterall the police themselves have admitted that this is not clear evidence of anything. back to my first point why do i think berlusconi? simple, the stupid tw** practically gave it away i quote

“We demand the return of the two Scudetti that belong to us,”

well how else is he going to get them back? well how else than to use his power of owning the media in italy to come up with a story that wud bring the downfall of juve.
and not only that but with galliani being the head of the league, the whole league is run by milanista's.

For those who believe in this scandal, are simply ignorant, who are finding an excuse for juve's constant success, envy is a deadly sin for u anti juve scums, u dont like it? then u can kiss our bianconeri ass!
