He was found guilty only in the first trial, in the appeal he was completely acquitted.

Thus, if Agricola got banned, something wasn't right.

He was found guilty, with laws not applicable for that trial and without proof. The court that acquitted him is known to be one of the most strict around.

But I am also coming to more of a belief that Juve really needs a cleaning of the house -- a mani puliti of sorts. Maybe a lot of this is smoke. But we all know there is some fire in there, and it's gotten to the point where the whole world looks at this club with suspicion -- whether warranted or not.

aye i know i posted this in the triade thread but explains how i feel

for me i think the time for moggi to go has come, it is not good for the team to be constantly implicated in scandals which have moggi's dirty fingerprints all over them. as has been pointed out his supposed transfer genius is, perhaps, exagerated. when people point to gigi, thuram and nedved as evidence they forget that in reality its the first team coach who identifies his targets, its up to the management to then purchace them and with the money juve had from selling zizou that was never going to be a problem.
bettega is the only member of la triade that i would like to stay but i suppose a clean sweep of the corridors of power is the only way to distance ourselves from the accusations that are constantly thrown at our team.
capello can go i really dont care if he won us the title his objective was to return us to the top of europe and with him at teh helm we are going backwards. spaletti or prandelli would be my choices however donadoni has a promisiing future ahead of him, but for the love of god the people who call for vialli had better come off teh drugs. at chelsea they had a great squad and the threw money at the team and while he won cups the league was a failure for him and then there is the watford disaster.
lastly platini would not be a choice for me, while i loved him as a player he is not management material, he carries a lot of power in fifa as a beurocrat but he will not leave there as he is lining up to take over whenever the top job becomes available, that is his onjective and leaving for juve would kill his dream

Even getting rid of the Triade, we wouldn't solve the problem. We started being considered thieves in the '60s (at least), with that famous Juve-Inter match. Things wouldn't change without the triade.

What really proves that the Triade are innocent is that they did not know about this happenning. They read it just like us in the newspapers.
I feel sorry for them, for that they have given alot and deserve so much respect from everyone including other clubs management.
They are three people who managed to lead and finance a big club into glory without a financial backer or a financial support. They were efficient yet precise in their work.
But whats really funny, although other clubs have dirty hands on this one they would all accept Moggi to be their general manager because they all know that he is the best.
He was successful at Napoli then he came to Juve and made his name well know to everyone.

Thats why I think, the Triades are now part of Juve's heritage and they should stay this way. If the Agnelli's would like to take part of Juventus they can always shower Juve's bankaccount with green papers so the triade can have more ease at their work.

I totally agree...

Moaning won't stop even if we stab in the back those who brought to our club (Almost) 7 Scudettos and half of our 2 champions leagues...

If we don't say something good for the sake of those three legends, why can't we just say to them "GoodBye" with some class and respect??
