Actually the case was brought up by Milanista and that Zeman.. So I really don't think Moggi (even if he is that powerful) can over run the italian primeminister at that time now can he?
In case you did not know, the case was based on Juve players being strongly built. And that the Juventus Club has a large pharmacy. Not about them testing positive.. Cause if they were tested positive they would've gotten a ban immediately not wait 5-6 years for it..
