Gazzetta dello Sport: There's been a lot of talk of Lippi, but now a predecessor of his has been lined with Juve. Giovanni Trapatooni could make a surprise return to Juventus;however, not as a coach. He would be offered a technical director position and a younger coach would be brought in; Antonio Conte or Ciro Ferrarra, who was mentioned today appears.

La Stampa:
Bettega and Secco were in contact with Lippi yesterday at the Viareggio for the first time. In Lippi's own words "I might suit them but I won't move". Juve won't give up and could offer him the role same roll offered to Trapattoni.

Tuttosport: Marco Tardelli has excluded himself from the board of directors, instead he's going to continue as an expert commentator for Rai. Sissoko to leave Liverpool, Juve is chasing.

Corriere dello Sport:
Trezeguet is on his way to Milan in exchange for Gilardino. Juve is trying to hold onto Camoranesi. Mesto, Almiron, and Mavua to reinforce the midfield, Iaquinta and Bianchi the attack. Tacchinardi will return, Palladino will loaned out. [Comments: Three new inner-midfielders and three new attackers - we're seeing a revolution]

Radiofiorentina.it:
Gastone Rizzato, agent of Manuel Pasqual denies that his client is on his way to Juventus.

Other news: Now that Deschamps has left, Saviola and Giuly's name can be omitted from the lists.

I'm not too sure about loaning out Palladino..but if Bianchi came instead I wouldn't mind. If it was Iaquinta, then no, keep Palladino.

As I said a year ago, I'm still hoping Alena Seredova's cleavage will be announced as Juve's new coach. :weee:

(And no, not Alena Seredova herself ... again, it's just her cleavage that would coach Juve.)

Pros: Keeps Buffon on the squad. Higher sponsorship contracts. Proven winner in captivating viewers of La Domenica Sportiva. Czech origins strongly appeal to Nedved and Grygera loyalties. TV ratings through the roof, increasing revenue share of TV contracts. Few player conflicts. Few conflicts with new Juve board when all they can do is drool and say, "Da da da da da."

Cons: None.

Dunno if this has been posted, but what the hell :D

Me At Juventus? Pure Utopia – Conte

Didier Deschamps got 'axed' by Juventus (pretty much, if not technically) two days ago, a decision that seemed rather shocking for most (Juve fans or not) considering Deschamps' positive spell in Serie B.

Many new names have come up as to who could be Deschamps' successor at Juve. Initially, many believed ex-Azzurri coach Marcello Lippi to be the primary candidate for a move to Juventus.

Lippi has since dismissed rumours about him returning to handle coaching duties for the Old Lady, and now reports suggest that ex-Juve player Antonio Conte is among the candidates.

Antonio Conte is currently coaching Serie B side Arezzo and, has declared that rumours linking him to Juve are false.

"Me at Juve? That’s pure utopia," he said. "Right now, I am only thinking of helping Arezzo maintaining safety in the Serie B, that’s all I have to say."

Wait ... did I hear La Gazzetta mention Ciro Ferrara?!

I love the guy. Don't know if he's anything more than a crap coach, though... Hard to say given his limited role on the bench.
