La Juventus ha raggiunto un accordo di partnership come “Official Sponsor” con il Gruppo FIAT. L’intesa riguarda tutte le competizioni per un periodo di tre anni, dal 1° luglio 2007 e fino al 30 giugno 2010. Il marchio che comparirà sulle maglie della Juventus nella stagione 2007-2008 è New Holland, azienda leader nel mercato internazionale delle macchine agricole e movimento terra.
Dal punto di vista economico, l’accordo prevede un corrispettivo fisso complessivo di 33 milioni di euro e un corrispettivo variabile (i cosiddetti “performance bonus”) in base ai risultati.
L’accordo è in linea con le previsioni del Piano di sviluppo a medio termine ed è stato raggiunto nel pieno rispetto dei tempi annunciati.
L’amministratore delegato della Juventus ha espresso la propria soddisfazione per l'accordo: «Il fatto che il più grande gruppo industriale privato italiano, patrimonio fondamentale dell’economia nazionale e presente sui mercati internazionali, abbia deciso di investire sul marchio Juventus è motivo di orgoglio e conferma la fiducia del mondo delle imprese nel nostro progetto». «Inoltre – ha aggiunto Blanc – questo accordo conferma il valore che il mercato riconosce al nostro marchio: non è un caso che le strategie di sponsorizzazione del Gruppo Fiat abbiano premiato in questi ultimi mesi alcune delle eccellenze sportive internazionali come gli All Blacks, il team Yamaha Racing e la Nazionale italiana di calcio. FIAT Group Official Sponsor for Juventus
Juventus came to a partnership agreement as "Official Sponsor" with FIAT Group.
The agreement concerns all the competions for a period of three years, from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2010. The trademark that will appear on Juventus' shirts in the 2007-2008 season is "New Holland", leader firm in the international market of agricultural machines and ground motion.
From an economic point of view, the agreement provides for a fixed compensation of a total 33 million euros, and a variable compensation (the so called "performance bonus), depending on the results.
The agreement is in line with the forecast of the mid term Development Plan, and was achieved in the full respect of the announced timing.
The Juventus managing director expressed his satisfaction for the agreement: "the fact that the biggest private, industrial group in Italy, essential heritage of the national economy, and that is present on the international markets, decided to invest on Juventus, is a reason to be proud, and it confirms the reliance of the firms' world on our project".
"Furthermore - Blanc added - this agreement confirms the value that the market recongnizes to our brand: it's not accidental that the sponsoring strategies of the FIAT Group rewarded, in the last months, some of the international sports excellences as the All Blacks, the Yamaha Racing team, and the Italian Football National.
