Martin II, are you planning to change a lot of things in the near future? So far only the avatar size and the 60 second rule have been changed, but I expected/feared a lot more drastic changes. It would be nice if we would have a clue of what your plans are.

There will be lots of changes once the site's been transfered to my server, unfortunately it's been one and a half week since I ordered the server and they still haven't set it up. One plan is to upgrade the forum software, and I'm looking into redesigning the whole site as well. The upgraded forum software will allow many nice additions in forms of hacks. I'm also looking into a bittorrent tracker here on Juventuz for Juve files only (such as videos, fan art etc). More about this later.

Nicole: Yes, mostly game threads, you can learn a lot from those alone.

Ooh, I'm not so sure about this one.. What with all the piracy crackdowns on all the torrents especially, recently.. And you know that most of the files distributed would be copyrighted.. I'd hate for Juventuz to be closed down for something like that.. :down:

I doubt they're coming after football clips. No illegal files will be posted on the tracker, obviously. People automatically assume a bittorent tracker holds illegal files, which is very common, but it doesn't have to be. Bittorrent is a great filesharing system that can be used legally.

It's not that I'm worried about the illegal files.. wait, actually I am.. These football clips are most likely going to be copyrighted, because they would be recorded off a channel (Abu Dhabi sports, for example).. Although I haven't seen much of a crackdown on football clips, I'm afraid that it would still be a risk.. Granted, it would be a great addition... I just don't know.. Do what you wanna do, it's what's gonna happen eventually.. ..
