<p>Pavel Nedved will tonight be named International Personality of the Year at the FAI International Football Awards in Ireland. The annual ceremony, which honours the best Irish players of the year, is to be held at the RTE television studios in Dublin and broadcast live across the country.</p>
<p>The Bianconeri director is the second Juventus figure to scoop the accolade - *presented for outstanding contribution to international football - after Michel Platini received the award in 2003.</p>
<p>Another personality greatly loved by Juve supporters will also be present at the ceremony: current Republic of Ireland manager Giovanni Trapattoni.</p>
<p>Previous winners of the title include Franz Beckenbauer, Eusebio, Ruud Gullit and Bobby Moore.</p>
