A Sasanach is a Sasanach, a planter a planter, a rapist a rapist, a murder a murder, a thug a thug.

If they came from the island they were a brit :agree:

Say that to a scot. Imo the union should be disolved and then recreated with anyone that wants to be united with england. England has no real economic dependencies on any of the other states, if a scot were here he would start shouting north sea fosil fuel, which are easily replaced, we could continue to trade with scotland for them (even though they have no real claim to it) or just take it over, and that way everyone is happy. The Union is a thing of the past and need to go before it pisses more people off.

They are not part of the ROI part of Ireland the country that has yet to be re-established, and they are ours. It is stolen land, the entirity of the populace ARE Irish though, that's the point, not from the ROI but from Ireland itself a 32 county country.
That would depend on how far you are going back to trace their roots. I didnt talk about nationality either, i talked about opinion, if the majority want to be in the union, they should stay in the union. If ROI wants it so bad, they should convince the populase to join the ROI.

Under our constitution Ireland is a 32-county republic not 26.

I don't give two shits if they want to stay in the Union, the will of the majority is no excuse to flaunt international law.....

I don't want them in the ROI, I want the in a United Irish Republic or someother such state. Re-unification would require a new constitution laws etc and could finally settle this thing once and for all, a secular state with equall oppurtunity for all.

You dont give a shit about what other people want? Why did you found a constitution on something that doesnt exist?
Thats like America declaring itself independent a year before they were.

No democracy is to represent peopls views and opinions. You seem to only want that to the point where what you want is compromised by it.
And to provide for governance under a executive and judiciary, the rule of laws comes above the wants of the majority.

You know this you're clever...

Whilst NI has sovereignty be it under the union or not, its is their choice whether or not they remain in union or go to ROI. Its not the unions fault that when the constitution was signed it had a clause in it that didnt and couldnt exist at the time.

It doesn;t have sovereignty, not until full devolution and economic independence

I give up for now, you refuse to recognise the democratic right of the NI populace (just realised iv been spelling it wrong) to choose whether they are in the Union or the ROI, so there is no point in me discussing it lol.

The people of northern Ireland do not qualify to self-determine, from what I know of International Law
