Nani. Not even close. Nani has been playing out of position at Man U for most of his time there. I don't know how people can't recognize the huge differences between a 4-4-2 midfielder and a 4-3-3 winger.

Nani has the potential to end up like Robben, a much maligned super talent that breaks out after 26 years old to become world class. Cerci is just a decent winger who is ultimately limited in every capacity.

Nani at least has world class pace, dribbling and weak foot. Cerci has nothing that is world class.

I would choose Nani, but if it were up to me, it would be Lamela and then every other option linked to Juve as a distant second.

Cerci for me is like having a more experienced Berardi here and I believe Berardi can be better than him while Nani is different and if he can find his form back with Conte's regime he can add more versatility and would add more to the table than Cerci.

Nani 5.5M-6M per season.
Cerci 800K per season.

That's the deal breaker IMO. Nani on his top form is better than Cerci's top form, but is it 5Mx better? I don't know…

And I'm sure Marotta is looking at that too. Nani's salary is outrageous.

Cerci wouldn't get 0.8m € here though. 3m maybe and for me would cost more(Torino would ask for 20m+) than Nani(15m).

Nani, easily. He's got more experience in CL and he's the better player overall. Just because Cerci is doing good it doesn't mean he'd cut it here. So far Roma and Fiorentina were too big clubs for him. On the other hand Nani used to perform very well for MU. If he kept it up we wouldn't even stand a chance of getting him right now.

If Gervinho is toying with Serie A defenders imagine what Nani could do.

fock all of these. berardi di-maria and griezmann for me and juve will once again compete with the likes of Bayern real and barca
Got 60m+ lying somewhere?

I agree about Berardi though. It's up to him to prove he's good enough but seriously it could be better to use him next season than waste money.

Nani is good, he is World Class on his day and probably would suit better in a 4-3-3 than in a 4-4-2, he wouldn't need to move back that much. He may be injury prone but he has only got 1 more injury than Cerci since 07/08 so that shouldn't be a factor.

I'm really intrigued about Conte wanting Nani so much, was all the interest real or is just the media linking him with us? If Conte reaaaally wants him and the price is right (€13-17M) I'd say give it to him. Who am I to question someone like him.

The biggest thing I don't like about him is that he is really inconsistent. One day he's unstoppable, creates danger from every corner, pulls any trick. And the next one he's shit. I wonder if Conte and the right motivation could fix this. He needs a change of scenery that's for sure. Look at what Tévez has done for us, Nani could be something like that.

And I also feel he's kind of selfish, and that he is all about flair and very little ending product.

Cerci won't be anything outstanding. We know what he can offer, pace, a good left foot, along with the possibility to use him as a SS (I feel that he will end up adding the same as Giovinco this way) and almost nothing else.

Nani could end up being great for us if everything goes well, and if it's for almost the same price I'd go with Nani. It's a gamble.
