This would be the point of no return for me regarding this country.

Trump administration raises possibility of stripping Mamdani of US citizenship

That's the great thing about this slippery slope. First it's only the violent people, then anyone here illegally. And once they round up all those people, well, we have all this space in the prison to fill. So who's next?

As I said before, it will be up to the good people in law enforcement and the military to stop the progression of this. If there are any good people left there. I have my doubts.

the same way they clap at this:

it's a dumb, vicious, inhuman, unlawful cult.
Now those are some people I'd love to see fed to gators.

this is murica's democracy now:

they elected a wannabe dictator. they were warned, they didn't care. they deserve every bit of it. too bad the rest of the world becomes a shittier place too. but i'm sure trump will end up in the same category as hitler, mao or stalin. only a matter of time before he shoots in crowds or creates concentration camps. oh wait

Hmmm wonder what he’s going to do. I’m sure something unconstitutional and criminal but I do wonder.

that's one of the saddest and most sobering accounts on twitter.

and this is a coward indeed. he knows that he's a corrupt piece of shit, but refuses to do anything about it. he chose to be this trash. no wonder he looks like 58 instead of 48 (his real age)

Haven't followed all of it, but at the end of the day both key witnesses (Cassie Ventura and Jane) admitted they willingly participated in those freak offs. I understand there are levels of abuse and I'm not saying Diddy is a great man or that these women didn't suffer.

But as an outsider hearing reporting about courtroom testimonies my immediate reaction was that no way he could ever be convicted for sex trafficking or racketeering conspiracy. In fact - and I say this with hesitation as I obviously do not know all of the evidence and I'm basing this only on what when on inside the courtroom - it kind of sounded as a disgrace they were prosecuting him on those charges.

Maybe Sean Combs is not nice. Maybe freak offs are kind of disgusting.

But when we're talking about sex trafficking, when we're talking about racketeering, we are talking about a completely different sit of criminals. I'm honestly sick and tired of prosecutors inflating charges just because they can and want to see whatever shit sticks to the wall.
