what about a potential executive order by trump though. rfk himself said that it would be trump who would ban the fluoride
anyway, let's forget fluoride, i shouldn't have even brought it up, vaccines are a much bigger issue
it would be hard to find an executive order constitutional because precedent has that authority resting with local and state water agencies. it would most likely need to be legislated.
vaccines are another issue, as the dhhr is over the cdc. And the cdc currently makes recommendations for childhood vaccines. a point to make is that at the federal level, no vaccine is required, those decisions are also made at the local level, usually county or school districts. the most RFK Jr could do is stop the cdc from making recommendations or disband them or whatever. A full federal vaccine ban would also need to be legislated. State legislatures could ban vaccines like they have abortion.
that said there are other medical organizations that make recommendations such as the AAP, American association of pediatrics, and others who will most likely continue making those recommendations if RFK stops the cdc from doing so
