I've never in my life had to wait before, this was the first time and it was only because an elderly Chinese woman didn't update her address when she moved to the area, and they were having problems with that.

Voting in all elections is done on a Saturday usually and it is compulsory, yes.

Well compulsory to have your name ticked off the list. Once you get your ballot you can draw a cock and balls if you want (which I’ve done).

That's what I thought at first but wasn't sure.
