Apart from the incoherent nonsense coming out of his mouth, there's also the issue of things going into his mouth. I am sure that there have been a few morbidly obese people who were in good shape mentally. But, even if Americans refuse to believe this, the sad reality is that in 99% of the cases morbidly obese people are unhealthy on an emotional level as well.

One should be able to discern that he is a very sick man well under three minutes of seeing him and listening to him. The fact that he is not only still considered a normal member of society, but is even promoted to the highest political ranks tells me there is a lot of work to be done to educate the American public.

Managers and Authorities treat in a tasteful manner. Edits on subjects can be reverted even though contexts are qualified. Many contents are clear personal commentary.
