Pharmaceuticals aren't the only thing though to be honest. Look at the PPE shortage at the start of the pandemic here. Sure government inaction plays a role, but it doesn't make sense to have necessary goods produced overseas with such a delicate supply chain.

But also, fuck these pharmaceutical companies. You just know prices will jump up if they're forced to move back somehow.
