I dont think that had anything to do with food, just a weird trigger. Seems she like is stressed the fuck out, on edge distressed from her dayjob/every day life and reaching her breaking point.
No real meltdown will end up with the person filming themselves and posting it on social media. If she was crying for the inconvenience and someone else had filmed her, I'd have agreed, although even then I'd have thought she wasn't right for the job. She is a police officer with a gun and THAT makes her lose it?

I will never understand someone who would cry and make a scene publicly. Forget about uploading it to social media.
Saw that and while I think its human nature to circle the wagons in times of stress police need to be better than that. They need to do a much better job rooting out people who despise the communities they police.
No issue with the proposal. I'm not even sure what it is. It's just ironic that the person who certainly wasn't hired based on her skill is announcing it. Kushner would've been slightly more ironic.
By interviewing, tests, educational results, practical trials etc.?
Like make a word document from this paper. Whoever finishes first is more skilled in word then others who want the same position in a company /government.
