Yup. What's always remarkable about this type of thing is that you have a whole class of people who support such a tweet, but at the same time are very wary of the government interfering with their daily lives. It's people like that who simply do not realise that a judge is really all that you've got to protect you against random acts from whoever's in power. The same people who vehemently oppose a judge's power to see whether or not an immigration ban is constitutional, would be utterly disgusted if the government expropriated them and they could do nothing to stop the government.
