It's insane. I mean, there is one very obvious thing you could do to prevent the majority of shootings and it's tougher gun laws. I just don't understand this complete indifference towards human life. Where is this coming from? Why are guns so much more important than people?

The only thing you can do is support tougher gun laws AND more accessible healthcare for the mentally disabled. Honestly that's what always surprises me when I'm in the US. So many crazy people on the streets. You just don't get that in Europe.

But you do get the occasional shooting here too. Much much less frequently, but that shit can happen here too. It's something you unfortunately don't have any real control over.
