“I never said I was going to repeal and replace in the first 61 days”

Ummm... Yeah he did. Multiple times. He was going to "immediately" repeal Obamacare because it was a terrible deal, and failing bigly. He even mentioned the first day in office several times as the date he would start working to repeal Obamacare.

:lol2:
How long did he say it'd take him to destroy ISIS? 30 days? 30 months? 30 years?

I believe this will really hurt him with his supporters. One of their 'core ideas' was that 'Owbama' and his healthcare act were pure evil. I bet a lot of them voted Trump preciselt because he said he would change it. And he would do it soon and it would be easy.

His supporters don't care about his many other screw ups. But this is going to be tough for them to ignore. Maybe Andy could shed some light on this.

Do you still have faith in the Leader, @Bjerknes?

Breitbart is doing its best to spin this as Ryan's failure, calling for his head.

Of course he is. And it's not the first time Trump literally promised something and couldn't make it happen. And he's done much, much worse things.

But this is still going to hurt him. Remember, folks like @Bjerknes voted for Trump, particularly because he would make Obamacare disappear as soon as possible. It was possibly his biggest selling point (god only knows why) and one of those very few campaign promises they will hold him to imo.

Not even close to being his biggest selling point imo. If there had never been Obamacare, they'd find some other Obama project on which to concentrate their criticism.

Sure. But in this case Obamacare was there and they did focus on it. Let me rephrase. It's his biggest tangible selling point.

Only absolute fucking imbeciles believe "clean coal" exists. The Conservative Harper government in Canada that we just escaped wanted to utilize "clean coal" and the BC government had plans to open a coal mine here on Vancouver Island about an hour from where I live. :sergio:

Makes me fucking furious listening to redneck morons spout nonsense about coal and jobs with utter disregard for the planet and the air we breathe.

FFS, even China is shutting down new coal projects and focusing on renewable energy, but let's "Make America Great Again".

Our state has a huge budget shortfall due the price of coal being so low. Now is really not the time to back coal from an economic perspective. I thought Trump was a business man?

He is, and he's getting business from people who profit from coal.
