stupid, believe whatever you want. not every seizure means the person will be collapsing on the floor unable to move. I once had a maths teacher who had epilepsy and he would sometimes have seizures in class, even smaller than the one you see in the video.

If you have epilepsy and you're having a seizure you really won't be able to continue what you were doing. It's why people with epilepsy have their driver's licence revoked (temporarily depending on the circumstances).

I know what you mean, they don't necessarily have to be on the ground shaking, but there would still be some sort of loss of consciousness.

Second, even if she's crazy enough to want to be president despite suffering from parkinson's, that's a concern for future. What bugs me (as someone who really dislikes Hillary) is that it's as if there's nothing else wrong with her so we should be talking about her (nonexistent?) health issues. Problem is, Trump is just as bad (if not worse) in every aspect that Hillary sucks, and he's beyond horrible in every dimension that Hillary is actually capable. That's why he has to resort to such cheap means to stay in the race because as is evident here, his antics are appealing to his dumb fans.
