Admitting you're wrong is no problem. The whole point of reaching a conclusion is to make the best possible assessment of the available facts. At some later point you may receive new facts that invalidate your previous conclusion and cause you to change your mind. This process, surprising to some, starts when you're born and continues until you're dead, so I don't see the big deal frankly.
