My conspiracy theory:
Chiney's weapons manufacturing co( I forgot the name) has its headquarters in Dubai and it's swarming with CIA, and it's known that most Indian and Pakistani extremist are located in the UAE. A "breach" by the CIA, using one or more Sheikhs to try to convince those muslims that such a operation will do the Islam cause great benefits.
Why?
Somehow I feel the Pentagon has no trust in Obama or his intentions. Such an event will definately put great deal of pressure on him, and a few more events like these may see the national and international security issues in the US move to the control of the Pentagon itself which will make Obama toothless.
Although I don't think that this story must be true or close to reality, it's just the first thing I thought of when I heard of the shooting.

dude these news channels are way too biased to be believed...the 2 days even before the Taj siege was over they were blaming Lashkar-e-Taiba, Dawood Ibrahim and ISI and God knows who else...they expect us to believe that those guys covered 500 nautical miles from Karachi to Mumbai to stage an attack? you must be familiar with the imprisonment of fishermen in both countries almost as soon as they enter the other's naval space...yet these guys apparently made a 2 week excursion to get into Mumbai...
