You ever watch Cheers Martin? The show about the place "where everyone knows your name"? Seinfeld is rubbish compared to that show.

Though nothing beats the Seinfeld episode where Kramer and the car salesman take the gas tank to the limit.

I think you mean MASH. Now that was a hoot. :cap: Cheers is more like Becker, watch it when there's nothing else on.

MASH is one of my all time favorite shows. Though Alda's writing got a little dark in the end.

I just love Cheers. That blew up into two decent shows. Becker and the one about the radio shrink.

I saw all of Frasier, high feel good factor there. The writing is spotty though, they had some highbrow type of episodes but a lot of it was rather slapstick.

Yes, we did, can't link because it was on MSN but I specifically recall it because it was on TV while we were chatting. You said Alda was the only character in the show and that they try to hard to make him look funny all the time while the others are simply in the way. (silly man )

You praised Scrubs and naturally Seinfeld, I praised some older shows like Only Fools and Horses and MASH. Oh, you also said Everybody Loves Raymond sucks because the writing is below average, only the characters are good and they're carrying the entire show.

It's all plausible.

Alda is great but I liked all of the characters, especially Trapper, Radar and Klinger. Hell even Burns was fun. MASH rules!
