was actually even more interesting watching it as my Gf was born in the old east germany and some of the things that happen in this movie reflected everyday occurances in stasi-monitored socialist germany

i thought it was great, but think about it, if i can identify with George, i can also identify with Larry David, they are basically the same character. i would not recommend watching more than 10 episodes in a row though

i am even slowly changing my wardrobe to look like Larry
