9 October? That's odd, we usually get movies only one or one and a half month after the US...

Oh well - gives me time to go watch Too fast and too furious which is still on my list.

I heard it surpasses the first one (which I didn't see yet either :wallbang: ). Did you know that that guy Paul Walker in the movie actually has his own race crew in real life?

Why is that on your list???

Absolute crap!

Seems like every movie starring Vin Diesel turns out to be nothing but 1½ hours of crap, crap, crap and some more crap. Smart-ass lines and 5 millions stunts, combined with some nice cars, does not make a good movie IMO.

If you just wanna look at cars, then it's kinda good. But I didn't know you guys was into such stuff.

Why else would I want to see that movie if not for the cars, smarty? :D

XxX wasn't a bad movie either imo - I agree that it's not very cultural or anything when it stars Vin Diesel but every once in a while, a good action movie (even if most of the action is physically and scientifically impossible) is a must!

OMG!

XxX is about the worst movie I've ever seen. I actually asked for a refund after seing that piece of crap. But those wankers wouldn't give it back :groan:

Vin Diesel is terrible. I hate how everything he says, is just smart-ass comments. And the stunts... welll that's the whole movie... terrible!

XxX was far from MI or James Bond standards I agree but it made for a good laugh imo

I know what you mean. A good action movie is needed at times. But most action movies actually have more to offer than 1½ hours of stunts. XxX doesn't... that why I don't like it.

I'm not really into James Bond either... and that's probably cuz of the actors. I mean - Connery, Brosnan, Moore - Need I say more? Absolute wankers.

Wankers? C'mon now! Sean Connery is class and Roger Moore is among the best European actors ever imo!

I agree about Brosnan though.
Class??? Connery is the same person in every single movie I've seen. It's not acting... it's him, walking around with his silly accent. I can't tell his movies apart. Seriously... try watching let's say 3 of his movies. Notice him, study him and you will see that he has no acting skills whatsoever.

Roger Moore was just a pretty face, which the girlies loved. Not at all a great actor IMO. Silly...

Oh, and no offence to the British... ;)

I'll tell you Sean Connery never convinced me much in Bond, I don't know what all the hype is about, prolly that he was the first Bond. But Roger Moore played that role to perfection IMO, even though I like Brosnan better.

Kalle - no mocking the British when I'm around :D;)

Seriously, Connery plays roughly the same parts every time, but he plays them well. It's just that he doesn't play any parts that are really different from what he has done before.

Martin - Roger Moore was the best Bond imo. Really don't understand how you rate Brosnan higher as Bond. A lot of people do that but often only because the special effects etc. are nowadays better.

Dalton was bad, but Lazenby utterly sucked :D

It's not that I think he's the better actor but I like his style better and I see him in the role. :)
