Forrest Gump bored the fuck out of me.I had even forgotten how much i hated the movie until i come across a Tom Hanks interview today and it reminded me of the precious hours of my life that i wasted on this pile of junk:inter:

This evens out you're dislike for Taxi Driver though:devil:
You just missed the point of the movie. :p

And I don't dislike Taxi Driver, it just disapointed the hell out of me, I expected sooo much more. I hate having high expectations of movies, it usually ends up in disapointment. Another example, Dog Day Afternoon. Pacino was great, like De Niro in Taxi Driver, but the movie itself disapointed me.

Mr.Ludovic...It has no point:D

Its utterly pointless movie, and im immune to philosphical crap anyway,so that makes me hate it even more!
The point is if you keep a simple outlook on life, anyone can get by in it, even a mentally slow individual. Of course the film went to unrealistic extremes but it served a point. He succeded in everything because he did everything simply, without complications, doesn't matter if he didn't know any better. In football he simply ran, in the army he just followed all the orders(did you see how he assembled that gun? :D ), he just kept the eye on the ball and became phenomenal in ping pong, etc. And of course a little bit of luck goes a long way.

And he ran and ran ran ran across the country..for..wait nothing:D

The only slightly enjoyable part in the movie for me was the Abbott Hoffman rally and Bubba's shrimp rant.Other than that,i was having an extremley hard time staying awake.Hell,i like The Terminal more than Forrest Gump:D

I don't know why but I feel like watching "The Talented Mr.Ripley" again. How amazing was that movie...Wow
I remember I enjoyed the movie when it got released. Though I dont remember anything about it now. Its been more than decade since its release, hasn't it? I might give it another try.

I thought that movie was horrible. Again, high expectations.
You suck.

Klopka and it's excellent, hell it's brilliant. If this were a Hollywood movie, it'd get a few Oscars definetly. Great performance by the lead character, some excellent shooting(that scene where he's waiting on the traffic light and the reflections of the lights on the wet, rainy pavement is brilliant) and of course a great ending. Definetly one of my favourites.
:)

I think I still haven`t heard any bad comment about it.

Btw Jack and Ze...Did you watch it?
