BTW How's "Dog Day Afternoon" and "Any Given Sunday"?

Both is very good. I personally enjoyed dog day afternoon better, but as I said both movies is worth watching.

One of the funniest movies I've seen

Wasn't as funny as Shawn of the Dead though. The first part of Hot Fuzz wasn't that funny; I kept asking myself where's the funny part? Towards the end it got funny though. Still Shawn of the Dead was hilarious.

Wasn't as funny as Shawn of the Dead though. The first part of Hot Fuzz wasn't that funny; I kept asking myself where's the funny part? Towards the end it got funny though. Still Shawn of the Dead was hilarious.

Both are amazing, apparently you have the same opinion as the guy from DN, he said it started out slow and became funnier in the end. I thought it was funny from the very beginning, even when he was talking about his achievements.

It's actually remarkably much like another Brit movie about zombies I saw a few months ago, don't recall the name of it. That one wasn't a "comedy" though.

It's a nice movie, fairly harmless, but I didn't find it that funny. It works better as a zombie movie and as a romance. Still, some fun moments: Shaun's walk to the shop and back in the morning, the iterative planning involving killing his father in law and so on.

Hot Fuzz was much funnier for me. Serious parody of cop films (in particular Michael Bay's), and fairly manic at times. It's a hair long, but it's an excellent British comedy.

Spaced, the TV series they did, is seriously nuts by all accounts; I keep meaning to borrow it off someone.

Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas, absolutelly fantastic. I loved both Depp and Benicio, with Johnny over-shadowing Benicio a little bit. Not because Johnny made a that much better performance but because his part was simply more interesting, funnier. Them two definetly make an excellent combination.

you must be talking about 28 days later. directed by Danny Boyle of trainspotting fame and all shot in digital camera to give it a edgy feel. pretty good movie when you consider the budget
