Ed norton is impressing me, big talent

u watched red dragon right?
well see the funny thi ng is i read the book of red dragon before i watched manhunter, and to be honest i was left feeling badly let down. sure there are some solid performances in the film but it fails to grasp the mood and feeling of teh movie, as well as leaving out half the story(the best bits imo)

so i was extremely excited to hear that they were making the proper adaptaton of the book into a ovie, and lo and behold ed norton was in it. the film was much superior in my view simply because it is much truer to the book, norton and feinnes excell also. however, hopkins seems to be camping it up a bit in this role which is a pity

norton is also excellent in the score, he stars with hollywood heavyweights de niro and brando yet amnages to outact both of them in what would have otherwise been an average movie had it not been for the performances of all its stars

My brother has the same opinion exactly as yours, Ahmed.

By the way, I'm going to watch it today in City Stars.
good choice to go on a tuesday rather than the week end as city stars is hell on a week end, where its filled with high school freaks of nature :faq1: u r in for a great movie i am sure u will enjoy it.

I had forgotten that I wanted to see that movie. Thanks for bringing it up.

Saw Apocalypto. It kept my attention and was interesting enough but a bit lengthy at times. One time only watch for me.
