A wanna be City of God. It was boring, had a random plot, lacked any sort of direction and u dont get to know the characters that well.

Maybe it's because I was already aware of that side of Naples, but even if I wasn't, I fail to see what makes it a good movie.

No need to cautioned, the comic is so epically majestic, that the movie will be extremely good regardless of them botching the adaption a bid.

Defenitely worth a see either way, but I'm a bit biased.

ALL MOVIES, and I mean every single movie ever made is about taste. There is nothing you can do to convince me otherwise.

I haven't seen the movie but I am certain that some people will like it while others won't and the reason is because people have different tastes.

I know your an idiot, but try thinking for a moment, it could get you somewhere.

Gomorra didn't do it for me. Very powerful subject matter, but told badly. I'd have to compare it to something like The Wire, which does something similar for the slums of Baltimore, but with far more punch - it has deep painted characters. Gomorrah fails to make you relate with its charactors. When one guy walks away from it all, I don't care. When some people die, I don't care. There's great potential there, but it's not fulfilled. I expect the book is far better.

I'll probably give Watchmen a look unless it gets panned by all and sundry. The book is really quite good. It's not often a graphic novel makes a list like this.
