City of God , watched it for the 3th time and still liked it!
Arguably one of my favorite films of all time.

Last night I watched the Brazilian Linha de Passe... directed by Walter Salles of The Motorcycle Diaries and Central Station fame, and the executive producer of City of God. Not bad, but not some of his greatest work. Some real conflicting characters and troubled stories. But not in the Rio-favelas-with-guns sort of way.

Worth a deeper catalog view if you like his work.

    God Bless America

Everyone should watch this. Let's make a pact that if any of us gets cancer we execute Moratti and Berlusconi first.

Saw Brave. It was sweet, more so for mothers and daughters.

Also saw The Amazing Spiderman. Typical Spiderman movie. I like how they incorporated Flash. He was pretty much the bane of Parker's existence for a long time in canonical Spiderman. I also liked the cameo with Stan Lee.

Last night I saw To Rome With Love. It's a good movie, even if for Woody Allen it gets almost as silly as some of his earliest stuff in parts. The old man is getting nostalgic, but he's becoming less self-obsessed. You can see it as a continuation on a theme as the excellent Midnight in Paris, but that movie could only take place in Paris. This didn't need to be Rome, but it's still worthy.

And has it been only a few years that Penelope Cruz added breast implants and tried to take over Salma Hayek's old roles?

nowadays cinematographs have no conscience at all =(

Also this reissues of old films in 3D makes me mad ! There is no part of art at all... only technologycal features ! This is an insolent speculation on peoples boredom !!!
