What I like about what I've seen of Guardians of the Galaxy so far is the fact that the filmmakers aren't even trying to hide how fucking stupid it is. I mean, two of the main characters are a fucking talking raccoon and a big-ass tree. Instead of throwing in some childhood traumas and a dark, realistic mood, they are just going all in and making it as over the top as possible.

Yeah, they are. I'm not gonna lie, their movies are entertaining. It's not like they're trying to win Oscars with them.

Stay away from Jackman or so help me good I'll slllap you sooo hard :ghey:

I think it's going to be awesome for that reason. It's kind of an "out there" book anyway.
