All right movie buffs, have I got a gem for you!

I have watched the entire movie & believe me: Absolutely hilarious! Though I did fall asleep near the end, when the joke wore a bit thin :shifty:

It was a joke, right?

Christine - Carpenter's classic. Quite good & very enjoyable, but I can't for the life of me understand why, because it is rather clichéd & cheesy. Some nice fx work, considering the time it was made.

The Green Zone - The latest Greengrass / Damon collaboration. Decent movie, but not as good as I expected. A few really good scenes (the opening which immediately pulls you in & the one at the pool in the green zone), but not gripping throughout. I assume this would have worked better as a (mini) series rather than a movie.

Gomorrah-makes City of God look like the Sound of Music, but not as good a storyline

Hunger-heavily biased towards the Republican side but that was expected, very good film that just shows that sometimes you don't need words to explain feelings, one very good scene in the prison with the discussion with the priest where he justifies his beliefs. quite harrowing, well worth seeing though

I didn't find hunger that biased considering the events and behaviours that occured were factual with regard to treatment of prisoners and the catholic minority in general. It porttrays the passive-agressive nature of Republican martyrdom utilized by the IRA to indoctrinate the next generation it does not glorify it.

Gomorrah I felt was not tre-good.
