He's right about Luca di Montezemolo. And he's right about Inter. The truth of the matter is that all the big clubs do shit, some on a higher scale than others. However, it's just there is enough power in those corridors to shut people up - so the stuff never gets documented. Moggi unfortunately was an easy victim at the hands of people who had more power than he did. Those who wanted him out knew there had to be only one way to do it: reveal the system he worked within. The fans would've never allowed him to go without reason. For the record, Moratti didn't become an oil baron by picking daisies in his backyard.

Yes, Moggi may seem like a liar and a cheat and a sly fox, but those who see it from a broader perspective will realise he's a victim of circumstance more than anything. You want to get rid of him? Fine. Just make sure you do that with everybody else involved in any form of underhanded activity because I refuse to believe the calciopoli has changed anything - except the fact that we're two scudettos down. And have Ranieri at the helm complemented by a bunch of idiots.

Luciano Moggi has spoken out about the Calciopoli scandal, Juventus, Inter, the FIGC and the ‘real’ mafia within football......

.........“You ask me if in reality the whole scandal was a battle between the two factions of the Agnelli family? .......

.........“If Luca Cordero di Montezemolo had defended Juventus the way he is now defending Ferrari, the club would never have gone into Serie B.”........

........“The truth is that the ‘Cupola’ is still the same as it always was with Franco Carraro at the head, swiftly followed by all the current chiefs of Italian football. Carraro was in charge before and he still is now.”

Former Federation President Carraro was initially suspended for his part in the scandal, but was later cleared on appeal.

Although he is no longer the chief of the FIGC, he continues to hold a consultation role and was part of the committee proposing Italy to host the Euro 2012 games.

Moggi was at the centre of the trial when wiretapped telephone conversations were published in the newspapers and in some cases played on radio.

“I can tell you that in the enormous number of calls they intercepted, there was nothing particularly noteworthy. What was said between Milan director Leonardo Meani and Pierluigi Collina was far worse, yet he is now a refereeing designator,” said the former Juventus transfer guru.

“I ask myself another question – why were Inter never wiretapped? The answer I give is because Marco Tronchetti Provera put the phone down.”

Moggi is here referring to the fact Inter director Tronchetti Provera is a leading figure in Telecom Italia. That is not the end of his accusations aimed at the Nerazzurri.

“The power is now centred in Milan and Inter will win the Scudetto for four years on the trot. To achieve that they had to get Patrick Vieira and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, two Juventus players I would never have sold to them.

“I will say even more – that rather than hand them over to the Nerazzurri, I would have let Juve lose money. But this is how they managed to win what they had not done in 18 years.”

Both Ibrahimovic and Vieira demanded a transfer away from Turin in the wake of Calciopoli.

what can i say... i agree with everything he has said.
Sorry for editing!

I neither like nor dislike Moggi, but he made valid points there.

The Elkans now have control of Juve. They have put people in charge that "haven't a clue" about football. Several people have "left under a cloud" since they've had control. They have grudged paying players a raise in their salary but they squander millions on the transfer market a là moRATti (3-4 select signings would have done), yet let players they should've kept go. There is an atmosphere of a "spoilt brat's toy" hanging over Juve that I don't like. I wish Andrea Agnelli was back in charge instead of John and the junkie.

Many officials involved in Calciopoli are still in place apart from Massimo de Sanctus - the ref who refused to fix matches.

Milan and inter came out of calciopoli very well. Inter got off completely and Meani and "uncle Fester" just caried on regardless of their suspensions.

The real scandal of Calciopoli was Calciopoli itself. Not only was it a means for moRATti to pave the way for future match fixing in inter's favour, it was a means to fix the scudetti for inter and milan for the next four years

moggi spoke the truth on everything, juve betrayed him and the fans for pleading guilty when they really werent
If you mean the Juve Management, then yes they did betray us - and the team.

I dont care what anyone thinks, Moggi is 100% correct...and Moratti and Inter run the show now, boys
That is the real travesty of Calciopoli.

the truth is Moggi got busted, while others didnt!
:agree: Moggi was not "whiter than white" but there were others far worse than him!

angleal, by the scudetto going to milan i think moggi only meant inter.
No, love! As Moggi said: -

.....The power is now centred in Milan and Inter will win the Scudetto for four years on the trot. To achieve that they had to get Patrick Vieira and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, two Juventus players I would never have sold to them......
Inter having six consecutive scudetti will be blatant scudetti fixing;-too blatant to get away with it. So they will share the spoils with Milan.

Its sad to hear about the enemy within, but a lot if not all of what Moggi said does make sense. Our management and owners are a bunch of retards and really it will take something special to make ourselves that recognisable force again. Even if we do, then brace oneself for a deja vu. Hate them as much as you want, blame them for serie B or you could accept the fact that justice is a meaningless word. Forza Moggi and Forza the Triade.

It pisses me off to see those same Juve fans who once celebrated all of our successes now calling the architect of it all a cheat and liar. No matter what your opinion is on Calciopoli, your are nothing but a filthy cunt if you disrespect Luciano Moggi.

so since when has fiat done anyhing for us? fair enough someone like agnelli's or john elkann, but montezemolo shouldnt have to.

Well if they're giving us a little bit of help now, dont see why they couldnt do it earlier?

Fact is, given the proportion of the scandal, FIAT had every right to intervene.

Luca di Montezemolo is considered the real Agnelli heir, in terms of power and decision-taking, he is supposed to be the most "gifted" leader in the family right now, the architect of Fiat's revival...

Sorry for editing!

Why only 4 years, Moggi said that for him self, but why only 4 years, who is going to stop them after 4 years??
Moggi?
