Not being able to complete routine passes is NOT tolerable no matter what else he does.

That is your problem right there. Professional footballers should be able to do basic things with the ball, Sissoko can't.

So this needs to end now.
He could complete routine passes.

The problem was that Juve did have enough ball players in the team or good enough movement to ensure he only had to complete routine passes.

For a central midfielder? Don't think so. The routine passes to the flanks were always dodgy.

And you have to admit that the straight 4-4-2 will mean Sissoko is going to get a lot of the ball in areas with little support, as opposed to the diamond midfield close support would be in several directions.

The CM's get a little isolated in the 4-4-2.

You are right, his horrible physical form has to do with Ramadan though. This makes it two of many bad sides he has, passing and bad shape.
Agree, bad shape can be due Ramadan, but i guess Juve knew it before they bought him, so, to call him unprofessional .......just not fair.

Andy, he would still get a fair bit of the ball, but Bonucci's passing ability is going to take some of the heat of the central midfielders having to come deep to get possession.

I've already said that I see no place in the team for Sissoko in games when Juve will dominate possession. It's games away to Milan, Inter and Roma, where Juve will be defending a lot of the time, that I see a role for him.

Remember, I'm not pro-Sissoko. I'm just not as anti-Sissoko as you are.

It's not fair?

So if it's Sissoko's birthday on matchday and it's his tradition to go get wasted at the bar, we can't call him unprofessional? We not only have to respect his tradition, but also field a drunk Sissoko?

Yes, fasting is soooo professional.

Bonucci's passing ability?

Ehh, come on now. He's not Marquez back there. And even if he was, Sissoko would be screwing up passes back to him, too.

I don't want to be sitting back against Milan with Sissoko in the team either.

Bonucci ain't Marquez, but I can't remember when Juve last had a CB with his passing range.

Life would have been much simpler if Juve had sold Sissoko instead of Poulsen.

1.Fasting is not a tradition.
2.Its in his contract.

Birthdays and some other personal shit, that doesnt includes in his contract, have nothing to do with Ramadan.

If they didnt discuss it before signing contract than i agree with u- not prof.

:agree:

A midfield of Marchisio - Poulsen or Aquilani - Poulsen would've been soo much better for Juventus.

Muslim Football players in Germany don't fast anymore during football season, what about that?
