I didn't see him much at Siena.

I liked what I saw of him at Juve, though. Seemed composed and positionally sound.

Did Siena not try to play him high up the pitch?

Something like that.

Hopefully Juve will have a central midfield of Marchisio, Melo, Aquilani and Ekdal this time next year.
:agree: A central midfield that can pass the damn ball instead of giving it away constantly would take alot of pressure off our defense and cut down on the occurrences that our fullbacks are caught up field.

Yeah, he was playing further forward than he would've liked. I haven't seen that much of him really but I don't think he's anything special. I can't see him ever making an impact at a big club.

I'm not going to say he's going to be a world beater, but he may be good enough to be fourth choice midfielder for Juve.

Don't worry, if he doesn't progress, I won't whinge incessantly if he gets the boot.

We do have a good squad and are inches close to having complete one that can challenge on all fronts. But for this to happen, we need Palermo's Amauri, Bremen's diego, Ranieri's Sissoko, Fiorentina's Melo, a fit Camo and Aquilani, a consistent Marchisio, and Juve's usual Del Piero.

If our players play up to the level that we have seen them at before (Particularly Diego) we would have a fierce midfield Offensively and Defensively. The weaknesses of our fullbacks would be less apparent and more difficult to exploit. Our Strikers would get many chances and would score plenty.

If Del Neri can work the midfield, our problems would be resolved and we will be able to challenge Inter.

Your saying like its sissoko's fault. Luigi is the one who picks the squad, thats entirely upto him. Also Ramadhan is a month long, I would say a few weeks left for him now, so he should be all up and ready come the start of the season. So whats the fuss? :shifty:
