Go with your heart, amico mio. Set no false time tables ( "we can't be exclusive for x months, it's moving too fast*, etc)

*this one, in particular, is really stupid. If you are old enough (you are), and you like someone, setting "minimum time together" limits before you "take the leap"is just stupid. Nine months or so together should tell you the story in almost every situation.
