well this is a transfer forum so i think my comment is in the right place, anyway there are some very weird rumours around, like sheva will go to chelsea and milan will get gallas and some money, this might sound stupid move(best striker in the team) but then we can read about henry and his italian link. Then there is that torres guy news around, him going to arsenal, or maybe to milan or who knows where, i have to say i am surprised there arent news about him linked to chelsea. Summer is gona be even worse about all those transfers. at the start of transfer period we might be linked with who knows who, and very unrealistic rumours will be around, and then i guess when someone like koller or donovan kicks azzurri ass in world cup, happens you know what :D though i hope we dont do same mistake twice. ;)

Gallas all set for Milan Tuesday 9 May, 2006

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Milan have already tabled a bid for Chelsea defender William Gallas, according to reports in France on Tuesday.

The stopper has recently admitted that he will be leaving Stamford Bridge in the summer and Milan were instantly associated.

Now the L’Equipe newspaper has suggested that the Rossoneri are well on the way to signing the international.

Milan are looking to rejuvenate their defence given the age of Marcos Cafu, Paolo Maldini and Billy Costacurta.

They also require some fresh blood as they will lose Jaap Stam in the summer after he agreed a two-year deal with Ajax.

Gallas, also linked with Juventus and Barcelona, could complete his switch to the San Siro before the World Cup Finals.

what i meant are those who can perform miracles during matches
i know Buffon and Zambro are superstars but they aren't the players that could rise to the occasion
we need players who can continue driving the team forward even at the most desperate moments of all
we used to have del piero and neddy at our disposal but age seems to have caught up
in fact when you look at it, our team is starstudded but what i meant was SUPERstar
those incredibly reknown even to people who doesnt know anything about football

READ AND UNDERSTAND GUYS!!!
then, who did you mean with nearly half the team of Chelsea??

many players in chelsea can create goals out of nothing at all

Joe Cole, Arjen Robben, and Frank Lampard

Lampard especially, always rise to the occasion exactly when he is needed
I see only Lampard fill in your criteria.

Cannavaro can create goals out of nothing at all... ;)

not when u want him to.........
what i mean is a player who can drive the team forward like the old del piero
Ronaldinho of today, i read this interview on Deco, he said when Ronnie tells the team they can win a game which they are losing, everyone believes in him, the team's morale is boosted and their fighting spirit are ignited
we need this kind of player

and like i said, we can't just buy proven stars......we can see this from Vieira
we need someone whom juventus can develop
this way, the player will love the club and will pour in their whole for the sake of the club

i guess what i am trying to tell is, "WE NEED A NEW DEL PIERO"

Its not like there is a new Del Piero and Juve wont get him,
its like, there is no new Del Piero out there,
the new generations closest thing to Del Piero is Cassano
but his lousy caracter and (as far as i m concerned) partialy limited development,
combined with the overated price and ambition of his cut him out of the final list,
the only other serius player would fit that role was Gila,
but Milan didnt let that happen...
(secondary material as Miccolli and Maresca were prooved not enough to make the diference and too ambitius to accept the background caracter role)and have the patience and strenght needed to fight for a star's place and status...

so the only solution is to buy the new Nedved,
he isnt Italian, he was brought in from a Juve's competitor,
a mercenary, a substitute for the God-like Zidane...
but his love for the club outmatches the love of many other Italians players we had...

finally, someone who talks some sense instead of farts
one word fer you..........EXACTLY!!!
thats why as i am saying, we gotta get some unknown and gamble!!!
and in my opinion, CASSANO!!!(not so much of an unknown though, i was thinking someone from out youth club.....)
overated price? he went to real for 3M if i am not wrong
yeah, he's a little nasty, but people mature
if Lippi's still around, he'll definitely take the challenge
not like Capello who somehow ALWAYS opt for stability in veteran players

anyways, we'll just see how things goes in the future
i LOVE juventus and that's all that matters for now

Cassano characteristic is far from the player you describe above...

Vieira, Nedved, Del Piero are the players wuth that characteristic.
We have all of them. The problem is our coach still can't exploit them.

And for the Chelsea player, Lampard is the one. Joe Cole and Robben, they have a good skill and talent but not that kind of characteristic.

please, DP was the reason Miccoli didn't get a fair shot...nobody could have oust del piero no matter how terrible his form, and boy did he have em, talk about inconsistant seasons....until ofcourse Capello came along...who did EXACTLY the opposite...stupido don fabio..

why couldn't we just have gone for a more balance coach who had no biases...

Anyways if were goin for youngsters than stay with Zlatan, try out Palladino, he showed some good skills.

why are you all talking about tranfers?
we risk serie c at this point because of Moggi, Giraudi,...
I don't think that right now Juve is thinking about transfers.
They're thinking about replacing moggi, giraudi and even bettega.
Will Capello stay? If not who will replace him?
How will the sponsors react to what is happining?

then they will try to build a team for the next season

it will be the beginning of a new area
It's not sure that we will be the same team anymore, for a couple of years anyway.
We won't be that strong anymore because we can't buy referies anymore. It sounds simple buwe won't dominate the serie a like we used to.
