    If people enjoy seeing brutal challenges and solid defending then they really should be watching American football. The sport is all about that, while football is about putting the ball in the back of the net.

    There's more than one way to skin a cat.
    You have to attack to win a match. Can't just sit back all game and hope the other team puts it in their own net.

    You don't need to attack the whole game, though.

    Nor do you necessarily have to set out to dominate territory or possession to have the best chance of winning, depending on the opponent and your own team's strengths.

    I've been to plenty Chicago Fire games and the atmosphere in the stands is wow! especially when you sit next to the ultras :lol: . But as far as quality in play? this Juve would still beat any MLS side...

    No, but you still need to score to win, and that involves a positive approach.

    If you're the better team, there is no excuse for sitting back.
