Hell it's tough to project High school pitchers when they have pitched 60 innings. But 10? The Tampa Bay Rays drafted a high school kid who pitched THREE innings this year.

I think a suspension is overkill but MLB was pretty clear. I guess they weren’t playing around with the retaliation.
