an AM, rarely as a regista, he is as lazy as Hernanes (or this one is more inept then lazy). Either AM or attacking/playmaking CM.

This guy would be a top signing for us, exactly type of player we need, but for me he is not a top player. He could become one. But is too inconsistent/weak willed based on how often his level drops past years. But his quality is as playmaker and technically can be very high if he stays on same wavelength.

We becoming the new Liverpool in Youtube with how our fans make many clips of players like they signed for us :D

12 Assists and 12 goals this season so far with a shitty team like roma means he is a top player , beside he is one of the top players regarding assists in serie A for the past three years

His 38 million clausule is only for clubs outside Italy.
Source?

Besides that, didn't Marotta say that we are not in the market for Pjanic? I remember he said something like that.
I don't think he did. He said "Pjanic is a brilliant player, but we haven't talked to Roma at all, a club we have great relations with".
Marotta simply said that we haven't talked to Roma about Pjanic (which we don't even have to if there is a clause). It doesn't mean that we haven't talked to Pjanic and he's the one we should be talking to and convince to join. Roma will be helpless if he accepts and there's a clause.

As for Pjanic, he's a little genius and I admire him. But what caught me by surprise are his numbers. I checked them and I didn't expect what I saw.
- He's the 2nd best rated midfielder in serie A (after Pogba)
- He's the 2nd top assistman in serie A with 11 assists (after Pogba with 12)
- He's the leading midfielder in serie A regarding goals+assists, with 21 goal+assists (Pogba is 2nd with 20 goals+assists)
- He's Roma's 2nd top scorer after Salah
- He's serie A leader in key passes (passes which result with a goal or a goal chance)
- He's Roma's leader in passing and crossing.
- Basically, he's serie A's 4th best player this year after Pogba, Higuain and Dybala.

Assuming we'll keep Pogba, Pjanic will be an amazing addition to our midfield and by far the best we can afford. Very few in the world can be considered better or on-par playmakers, and none of them is available to us.

Sportmediaset said Juve signed Tevez before anyone else so don't rule them out. This would be an INSANE signing.

Eventually they have to get something right.Doesnt make them reliable or believable. They're mostly unreliable than reliable.

If i keep making guesswork about Juve's transfers, even i'll get something correct eventually too.

In the morning it is a rumor that Juventus would like Miralem Pjanic for next season, with Juventus would pay the 38 million clause. The Giallorossi, through its press office in the person of Lorenzo Serafini, has however denied this hypothesis:

Lorenzo Serafini ‎@LoreSerafins
No, non è stata pagata nessuna clausola da nessuno per @Miralem_Pjanic. Ora vorremmo pensare a #MilanRoma..

Lorenzo Serafini @LoreSerafins
No, it is not paid by anyone for no clause @Miralem_Pjanic. Now we would like to think of #MilanRoma ..

Brilliant player although I doubt that Roma will let him come here doesn't matter that 38 mil. buying clause.Anyway he should listen to his fellow Bosnian player Salihamidzic who advised him to accept our offer if that offer comes.

This season has been amazing one for him for sure more consistently wise. Mainly referring to previous ones. But its not all about numbers, Insigne has similar numbers and I dont consider him a top player. Tho best part of Pjanics improvement this season has to be his freekicks/set pieces, has become a game changer in that alot more now.

Sounds great.

There's just a small problem.

I dont see Marotta being able to get him (besides needing to pay 38m in one full swoop being an obstacle). This guy will have Bayern and few others gunning for him.

Hopefully he really loves staying in Italy...

How does Roma have a saying if he has a release clause?
By offering bigger salary or trying to convince him to go somewhere else.Legally no but in real life they have plenty things to do in order to obstruct his transfer here as they hate us utmost.I would be very happy if time prove me wrong and he came here.

Well we really didnt expect a yes, Juve spoke to us and will pay the 38 Mil Release clause fee.

Having said that, as much as i love Pjanic, but im not that optimistic of this deal going through, but if anyone can bring him to us, its Beppe!

“AS Roma denies today's report on sportmediaset.it concerning an alleged payment of the buy-out clause in Miralem Pjanic's contract as the story is completely groundless.”
Hope this mean only the "alleged payment" is completely groundless, although when they say "the story is groundless" they could also mean "the buy-out clause in Miralem Pjanic's contract"... I am not convinced about that... This is still on!! Make it happen Beppe, I want a Pjanic.

ofcourse we are paying because the transfer was made in installments. but you activate a buyback option by paying it, so naturally all at once
Buyback is not the same as release clause dude.

Buyback is negotiated on the selling club's terms in this case Madrid.
