Pepe is playing as part of the team and fits in perfect to what conte wants from his players. Its obvious from his increase in scoring and contribution. As a comparison Pepe has done much better than Miloš like it or not

Krasic doesn't fit Conte's system but he can be a very dangerous and important player in the right circumstances. His dismantling of Man Utd in the CL a couple of years ago and his role in Serbia's WC qualifying is testament to that(even though he was poor at the WC).

That's why he'd be very good for an EPL team, it would suit his style of play much more.
