The BEST signing of the summer for US, is Benitez to Inter...For they have been hugely weakened by such an acquistion. Brought closer to US, and also Roma and Milan, if they get their act together...which isn't looking likely presently, in terms of transfers. Still, I am sure that Allegri will do much better than Leanardo, for he has EXPERIENCE as a manager. He has already cut his teeth.
As for Benitez...I have long thought that Benitez matters to Benitez more than ANYTHING else. His ego and temperament, are fucking woeful. And I am so glad that he is at Inter now, because if Mourinho had remained at their helm, the scudetoo would have been beyond us this coming term, but now...with that arrogant prick in charge of our major enemies, we can throw ourselves into the mix, IF...and this is a huge IF...Del Neri and Marotta, and the other new people we have acquired to condition the team, come good.

Inter didnt have a better team than the likes of a Barca, Real or Chelsea, but they had mourinho who made it all work. Benetiz is a nightmare of a coach and he can only change all that for Inter, i predict a decline for Inter...benetiz as coach, old defence who will be on the decline, especially since they have won everything they wanted..less motivation.
And that Zlatan deal was in Inters favour, one, Eto'o is a superstar just as good if not better than Zlatan, two they got an extra 40 million on top...best dealings ever in history.

Benitez is not a nightmare coach
He is actually a good coach and is proven
He won the league with Valencia and took them to CL final (If I`m not mistaken it was 2 finals but I`m not sure about it)+ won the CL with Liverpool and got them to another final+ except this season he managed to get Liverpool to the best Premier league position possible for them! (No manager could win the EPL with Liverpool! lets face it they don`t have the team Arsenal Man Utd and Chelsea have escpecially the last two...)
Inter`s defence just won them the CL last year under Mourinho and I can`t see how Benitez could change it that much
Their defence have aged by one year from last year not that much big of a difference
As for the Zlatan part yes Inter did get a great deal
What I was referring to is that someone I don`t remember who said- Every deal that take Zlatan away from Inter would weaken them
You can say they got a great deal, you can say they got great players like Milito and Sneijder
BUT the fact still remains Zlatan was sold from Inter and Inter did become a better team!
