Plenty of black people have achieved great things in USA. From sports to science. They do have opportunities but some are born in more disadvantaged areas. Still one of the only places in the world where someone can rise up.

I didn't say they are. But that's what some are 'trying' to say when they mention criminal records of blacks. Police also look like they are more comfortable when it comes to shooting blacks.
