given miguel and a CB i'd obviously take the CB,but as far as right backs go miguel is an attractive proposition.

if we sign both miguel and a CB we'd be more or less set for the new season.

Capello has transformed him into a right-sided midfielder and he's having a brilliant pre-season. He was also good against Djurgarden in the CL qualifier, but we should probably wait to see how he copes in the first team in important games on a regular basis.

miguel at right back and zambrotta on the right with janks at left back and nedved on the left. would capello play olivera still if not on the right?

yeah but if olivera was going to be used as the playmaker, he would play him like that now in these pre-season games. im thinking that maybe olivera will be used on the left and nedved in the middle.

Non of them is very good on the right side, since Miguel and Zambrotta will be in each others way. Cant have two so similar and offensive players on the same side.

I think a three man defense is best, because it simply means 3 CENTRAL defenders, and we need that, Miguel and Zambrotta can easily defend too, so i think it is perfect. If Miguel arrives then Jankulovski and him will substitute for each other. When Janku is on then Zambo takes the right side. Anyway i think we can only expect one of them: Jankulovski!.
